Signed Eckels Large Figural Studio Pottery Sculpture

A substantial hand-built studio pottery sculpture depicting an abstract human figure with a small modeled head, broad oval body and two grounded feet. The form is finished in a warm, speckled white glaze with amber-brown edges, subtle blue-green kiln effects and incised linear details across the body. Signed “Eckels” near the lower edge and believed to be associated with the Eckels pottery tradition of Bayfield, Wisconsin.

In good vintage condition with irregular edges, glaze variation, firing marks and surface fissures consistent with the handmade construction and firing process. Please review all photographs for condition and signature details.
